Heart attack torture: Waterboarding (controlled drowning) with Directed Energy Weapons
My personal experiences with heart attack torture with Directed Energy Weapons.
They can manipulate your heart rate. They can make you feel like your heart has stopped. They can also make you feel like your heart is racing like crazy. In both cases you think you will die.
They also can put insane levels of pressure on your chest and upper body. You feel squeezed and have trouble breathing. They can also cause pain in your left arm and at the same time put pressure on the left side of your chest, yes where the heart is. Search online for the symptoms and you’ll find “heart problems/heart attack”.
They can also “shoot” into your heart, just as they can “shoot” other parts of your body, with very high power microwave (HPM). This causes instant damage and a lot of pain. It can take days or weeks for the pain to go away. You really feel (much) pain in your heart area. Is your heart itself really damaged or only the area close? After experiencing this type of “shooting” many times, I would describe the ‘hit’ as the sensation of a big needle rapidly entering and exiting your body.
Often you want to lay down, which may not be possible some times. To get some relief after the pressure beam stopped, I found some relief in drinking water, a lot of water. It’s not about the water but about making some organs work.
They can do all of this everywhere. In your home, in your bed, when outside. Most of the time the “heart stop” was in bed, or when behind my computer. In all these cases, it’s up to you to determine exactly what is going on. Do not hesitate to call 911 / 112 and/or have your heart checked.
I never called 911 or went to see a doctor, because I was also being tortured in all sorts of other ways with Directed Energy Weapons. And I consider myself healthy, and there is no family history of heart problems.
If you undergo a heart examination, it will be recorded in your medical record. This can be good or bad. The good is that you have “some kind of proof”. The bad is that now a (possible) heart problem is in your medical record. If you suddenly would die of a heart attack, it won’t be considered “suspicious” by the authorities.
The horrible thing in all these cases is that you really can die. I am still alive so this was (and is) not used with the intention to murder me but to torture me. But they can make a “mistake” and you die. How often? Heart stop, 5-10 times a month, “pressurizing” and “shooting” few times a year. Increased depending on what they want to achieve, like preventing you from jogging, running. Started around 2006. The last five years the frequency has decreased but they still do this 1-3 times a month.
You can compare this to remote/no-touch waterboarding (controlled drowning), but now not in prison but in your habitat (living environment). All from a distance and through-wall. And without leaving evidence. Beyond imagination cruelty.

There are more torture methods with Directed Energy Weapons that they can use to make you feel you may die. This has to do with maximum pain. For example “twisting bowels”, the feeling is that someone inside you is twisting your bowels with one hand turning forward and the other hand turning backward. This is extremely painful and you may pass out. Another example is cooking you alive. This is a very high power microwave beam blasting your upper body, the part where the lungs are. They may maintain this blast for 10-15 seconds. You really feel cooked alive. Often with burning sensations on both sides of the body where the beam enters and leaves the body. Fluid comes out of your throat. Very painful and breathing becomes difficult. And they can do this when you are outside, even in a deserted forest (from the sky; there are always aircraft around when I am outside).

Peter, I have also had those involved in this torture to send laser hits through my heart, this felt like an actual laser had sliced right through my heart and I even tasted blood in my throat. This was done to me as two very large drones flew over me to threaten me with my life while I was on a walk to the mailbox that is one of those community mailboxes just a few hundred feet from my house. As this was done, two perpetrators who I know very well showed their involvement by both of them getting outside and acting with street theater as this was occurring. I have also had them conduct this heart attack torture on me while inside federal buildings like the Department of Public Safety DPS office and the tax collector’s office. social security office, in businesses and of course doctor’s offices if that can be believed.
The extreme gaslighting of this program entails those around the person pretending not to know anything about what is going on proving their involvement. I was put out of commission for several days by this laser attack on my person, and this as a nearby neighbor was throwing a party, they do that too. Thank you for also offering evidence of the water boarding capability. For several years in my targeting, these butchers were conducting various torture experiments on me to replicate the sensation of different tortures such as being drowned, being poisoned with various chemicals, being burned to death forcing me to smell fire and even sulfur at one point. There have been tortures applied to my nasal passages while I was being remotely suffocated to have me to experience the sensation of breathing in chlorine water as if I was being drowned in a pool. Other tortures have involved smells of all kinds such as urine and feces of both animal and human, household chemicals and pesticides. I have even been made to taste all kinds of things while being made to experience very real tortures taking place in a remote sense.
