Backpack-sized microwave weapons have been around for many years
There has been no confirmation from the US government (yet), but there is (finally) credible confirmation from mainstream media (CBS News 60 Minutes, The Insider) that a device the size of a backpack exists that can be used to attack people in horrific ways with pulsed microwaves. You don’t have to be an expert to imagine what larger devices can do.
Many people have been skeptical for years, saying that this is not possible with such a small device, but I have often recounted how I came to the same conclusion more than fifteen (!) years ago. Here is my story once again.
Around 2008 or 2009, I went to a seaside hotel in Zeeland, the Netherlands, for a day. The hotel was L-shaped, and my room was in the long section. There were no other buildings nearby. In front of the hotel was a large car park with only a few cars. The hotel had only two floors, and I was on the top floor.
This was during a period when they were attacking my back relentlessly, stinging, drilling, burning, cooking (at home I used a metal plate for protection).
About an hour after arriving, I felt my back being attacked. The beam seemed to be coming from the room to the left of my room. I knew where the beam was coming from because I slowly turned my body and the beam disappeared. But shortly after, the beam came from the other side. Were they also in the room to the right of my room? Or were they in rooms downstairs? I went to the wall on the left, then to the wall on the right, turned my body around, and at one point the beams came from both sides. This didn’t really surprise me, because at home the attacks also came from at least two sides.
After a while, I decided to stand with my back against the wall on the side of the car park and see what would happen. Immediately, I felt beams attacking my arms, shoulders and head from left and right, but they couldn’t touch my back.
Then maybe after some fifteen minutes there was the sound of an aircraft, a jet, and all of a sudden there was a tremendous blast on my back, this beam was obviously through-wall. I call this attack a cook beam because you feel literally if you are being cooked alive. It was a one time blast and I concluded that this attack only could have come from the aircraft. Again, this did not surprise me, because at that time I was often attacked from the sky when I was outside (still going on), where military aircraft were always visible or audible when it was cloudy, even in the middle of a large forest.
I could only conclude that the attacks from the rooms left and right of me could only have been done by people entering these rooms with equipment that fits in suitcases. So here you have it. Not the size of a backpack but slightly bigger.
A few years later, I flew to my vacation destination. On the plane, I was attacked with painful beams from behind, my back and head. After landing, I waited to get up until almost everyone behind me had left. Then I stood up. Two seats behind me, people got up and took a kind of large box from the luggage rack, something like 50x40x30 centimeters. It was clear that this box was heavy. Of course, I cannot confirm that this box was used to attack me.
My experiences were, many years later, confirmed by reports in the mainstream media about U.S. government Havana Syndrome victims, for example the two CIA agents who were attacked in their hotel rooms in Australia and Taiwan:

Thank you Peter for providing us with your years of experience with this program, I am also able to determine the location of attacks I receive, and in the same way you describe is how I estimate the location where the attack is coming from. I am able to tell who is involved around me, I live in a cul de sac, and can for the most part find the direction from which the attacks are coming. For a while, a person to my left who knew when I was washing dishes where I have a window in front of the sink, this woman would go out right near the shared wall of our backyards and she would stand there near the window with her phone holding a button. I am not saying that the phone can do this, but numerous times when I have had severe attacks to my heart, my inner ear, my pelvis, private areas and other parts such as the deep veins of my inner thigh, I have made a link in some way to the person near me at times either making themselves visible in some way or holding the button on the side of their phone, where there might be a triangulation effect along with others using other devices nearby.
This is done to me at dentists, doctors, veterinary clinics, hospitals, etc and I am usually able after all this time of being subjected to this along with the synthetic telepathic communication to understand which persons are doing this to me, somehow I just know. When V2K was used on me when they were using the sound, several times I did hear or they allowed me to hear I should say them telling me in response to my subvocal statement during a night of heavy leg attack that they were trying to disable my legs, the man replied, "Yes we are." From time to time, they will let me know that they could likely kill me if they really wanted to by hitting that deep vein spot in my inner thigh that is a spot that they will attack from the hip and groin area down to my feet sometimes and this is a very painful directed energy hit that was used to cause what seems to be permanent injury. These murderers attempted to kill me using two large REAPER type drones on my ex husband's birthday, I guess that was a gift to him, this attack was on my heart again, and that time I felt like this was real and not the simulated version, it caused me to taste blood that moved from my chest into my throat. Two stalkers let me know by coming out of their house when this happened that they were involved. I know who they are, and they are still here doing the same things to me.
In my situation being in a cul de sac, I am made aware of the different houses and the types of attacks that each person has engaged in. One house behind me when they moved in, they brought with them on the day they moved in a mini excavating machine that as it worked its job kicking up dust making extremely loud noise, I was receiving serious heart pains linked to this activity. Later, that person decided to fly some kites and linked this activity again to giving me heart hits. Still later, they decided to begin a new attack linking a pickle ball game to heart hits signified by them throwing one of their pickle balls into my yard usually at a certain spot every time. I once caught them doing this purposely and informed them I knew what they were involved in, that stopped most of their heart hits linked to their activities.
This to me is their way of gaslighting that they want to create a false narrative that my experience is caused by a lack of exercise as if playing pickle ball would stop the electronic attacks to my heart. As you have thoroughly documented, these butchers do not allow us to enjoy the outdoors and any physical activities, they will attack us while we do those things. I was punished after a long day of hiking in Cloudcroft New Mexico, where after finally being located on this hike after a bit of reprieve; once more after arriving home later that day my stalkers performed a gaslighting display at several homes with visitors arriving at those houses walking with canes after my hike letting me know the damage they were going to do to me in the days to come. They were telling me that they were going to severely punish me for daring to go on an outdoor hike which I am told I must remain in my little zone or else. One household who participated in the past targeted one side of my chest on the right side, this area has been a target of theirs since the year 2000. They gave me lumps that year on that side to stop me from breastfeeding my daughter actually, and then they made the lumps disappear leaving behind only scar tissue which they have used over the years to threaten me with breast cancer after attacking the one side so that there was hardly any lactation on that side. In this way that household arrived having a white truck with a giant breast cancer logo on its sides and always parking that truck on the right hand side of the driveway to me representing the renewed threat of breast cancer that became a regular threat once again when that person arrived. They would convey this while attacking my breast on that side with this truck letting me know by these means and then later they used a giant light up skeleton blow up that they placed near their smart meter technology on that right side of their house, and the lights on this giant skeleton were used to light up the areas of my body they were attacking, these high powered lights were linked to these attacks as if it was connected to my body. These same people would gaslight me that my health issues from the targeting torture is because I eat too much chips or ice cream, which I do not. When they were attacking my heart, they would send in an ice cream truck outfitted with back scatter technology I assume because that household would buy the ice cream from that truck sometimes and I would get the heart hits when this truck came through the cul de sac, the same is done with other industrial vehicles like the environmental services trucks that pick up the trash and recycling.
Another household right next to theirs gaslights with a giant FRITO LAY truck or van also likely outfitted at one point with backscatter technology would also park on the right side of his house, but he parked this other places around his house as well, this truck looks exactly like the ones illustrated that contain the backscatter technology, and usually when I am threatened with this there will be assorted symptoms aimed in my direction and the gaslighting message is that your diet is the cause, your lack of exercise is the cause when they are the ones who prevent enjoyment of any such things. Peter I too was attacked while on a plane back in 2023, actually, I had not been on one in many years, and there were many delays where I believe now that I know about the backscatter technology, I believe this was used and linked to the number 23 that because of their harassment I learned this is my birth number. This number was used on my journey from Florida to Texas where a flight delay was linked to a vehicle at the airport while I was receiving heart hits. The pilot of one plane was I feel purposely told to make this plane ride a bumpy one because I do not like flying, and upon landing, we were held from exiting for a while at which point I believe a substance was used to spray a toxin through the air cabin vents, we all noticed its odor, I suspect this was maybe SMART DUST maybe it contained Graphene Oxide, I know that it smelled like poison, this was during a period where I was from time to time being subjected to mild poisoning mostly at places like Starbucks, but there were a few instances with mild poisonings with takeout food during Covid mostly that made me longer want to consumer any takeout food or beverages. This was perhaps being done because I did not vaccinate, I know since then this has been aerosolized so they stopped doing that after this area had been considerably injected by way of aerolization of the atmosphere, just a theory I have made on what was being done to force vaccinate. I am sure that you are aware of the SMART DUST being for the most part identical to what has been stated is capable by the Covid injections. The wording itself has been used to describe dispersal of geoengineering nanotechnologies, so I think that is why DARPA uses such terms as injection when they are talking about how they can get the nano tech inside people non invasively.
